Service Description
Need someone to check in while you’re away? We’ll stop by for feeding, playtime, and snuggles — making sure your pup feels happy, safe, and cared for at home. Choose 30- or 60-minute visits, up to 3x per day.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change, but please review our policy below: 1. Free Cancellations: Cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. 2. Late Cancellations: Cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment may result in a $10 fee. 3. No-Shows / Same-Day Cancellations: If you cancel within 12 hours of your appointment, or do not show up, you may be charged up to 100% of the service cost. 4. Rescheduling: You may reschedule up to 12 hours in advance without penalty. 5. Home Sitting (By Request Only) services are subject to approval and not guaranteed until confirmed directly with us. This policy ensures we can best serve all our clients and provide reliable care for every pet.
