Service Description
This service is reserved for loyal Bonehead clients who prefer their pets cared for in the comfort of their own home. Availability is limited and requests must be approved before confirmation. Please reach out to us directly by email or text to confirm dates, pricing, and details — we’re happy to work with you to make sure your pup feels safe and comfortable.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change, but please review our policy below: 1. Free Cancellations: Cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. 2. Late Cancellations: Cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment may result in a $10 fee. 3. No-Shows / Same-Day Cancellations: If you cancel within 12 hours of your appointment, or do not show up, you may be charged up to 100% of the service cost. 4. Rescheduling: You may reschedule up to 12 hours in advance without penalty. 5. Home Sitting (By Request Only) services are subject to approval and not guaranteed until confirmed directly with us. This policy ensures we can best serve all our clients and provide reliable care for every pet.
